We have already discovered one of the minds behind the platform, Marco and now let’s dive into bike travel and meet Matteo, Adventoured bike specialist.
What is Adventoured?
Adventoured is an outdoor platform specialized in small guided group or private tours in the Dolomites that we can customize for each request in order to appeal to the adventure travelers.
I'm more focused on all-round cycling but we sell other experiences such as mountaineering and trekking. Adventoured was so born from our passions. Other two business partners also joined us, to cover the snow activities. We are a great team!
I know that Marco has already told you about our project, so today I would like to give you a brief overview about Dolomites cycling and the bike product that I am in charge of.
Let’s talk about Dolomites cycling. Are you a bike fan?
I started racing MTBs at the age of 16 in 2000 and haven’t stopped ever since. Now I am more off to road cycling, but the passion for two wheels follows my life path. I have opened a channel on social networks and over the years I have created more and more contacts with bike companies and sponsors.
I love being in nature: I also spend my days off riding my van and bike.
Furthermore, I've been working in the world of tourism and digital for almost 15 years.
What is your goal as bike specialist?
We are two brothers with a big dream: revolutionize the outdoor world and make it accessible to everyone. We would like to address outdoor fans all over the world and offer them inspiring but especially safe experiences. Dolomites cycling and bike travel requires safety, knowledge and certified tour guides.
Your favorite bike tour for season 2022?
One of the most spectacular tours unwinds from Brenta Dolomites to Lake Garda, covering 110 km of breathtaking landscapes. Starting from the majestic Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to the mild climate of Lake Garda, passing through four enchanting alpine valleys within the Adamello Brenta Natural Park.
Designed for bike lovers, DoGa (Dolomites and Garda) is not only the pleasure of a bike ride: it is a unique and introspective way to discover the Trentino, at a slow pace, and from a unique perspective!
The itinerary is studded with stops that are perfect for a regenerating break and ideal for getting to know the scenic wonders of Western Trentino: Malè, Madonna di Campiglio, the Vallesinella and Nardis waterfalls, Val Genova and its imposing waterfalls, the Castle of Stenico and the Medieval Village of Canale to finally arrive in Riva del Garda, where the mountains are reflected in its crystal clear waters.
For the most adventure bikers, the return can be made from Valle dei laghi - S.Lorenzo in Banale - Alt. Paganella - Val di Non - Val di Sole.
